Quality Assurance Manager
Tech is seeking the skills of a high- level quality leader and manager. A working knowledge of CMM, visual inspection equipment, PPAP’s, FAI, SPC, lean/ Six Sigma methodologies, ISO/ TS and automotive plastics is required. The successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task, delegate work, provide clear direction, resolve problems and communicate effectively in a team environment while adhering to strict manufacturing schedules. 5-10 years of previous Quality Management experience is required. Experience in operations management is a plus.

Full-time, material handler needed for second shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) Skills needed include: good math and mechanical skills, good attendance, good housekeeping, ability to follow detailed directions, mix materials, documentation coordination and the ability to visually inspect and package plastics products. Person must be able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently. Candidate MUST have a valid driver's license. Individual will be required to drive a forklift truck and a box truck.

Program Manager
This challenging technical position will be best suited for a highly motivated organizational and process driven person that enjoys customer interaction and problem solving. This person should possess strong project management skills and must have the ability to listen for opportunities and apply solution oriented techniques to the product development process. Your success and financial reward will be built on your ability to understand the customer's needs and maintain effective communication internally and externally to achieve project deliverables. Primary goals include management of project profitability, performance and customer satisfaction. Molded plastics, injection mold tooling and some resin experience needed.
