Director of Quality
Tech Molded Plastics, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Quality to
advance the company’s full-service, high performance, precision injection molding operation
in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
This is a high level position that commands leadership. Tech has a very talented, well
established workforce to support business goals and quality expectations for close
tolerance custom injection molded plastics.
This position of leadership reports directly to
the company president and maintains accountability for financial performance, customer
satisfaction through defined quality systems, and directs advanced product quality
techniques for our people.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk
This position is primarily responsible for the coordination and shipping of finished goods with accurate documentation to ensure on-time delivery in a clean, bright, and well organized warehouse environment.
Duties include:
- Physical movement and electronic verification of inventory within inventory system for raw materials/finished goods
- The receiving and monitoring levels of raw materials, boxes, bags, dividers, partitions, pallets and all other supplies for lean production of precision molded plastics
- Shipping/Receiving via UPS/FedEx
- Coordination and scheduling of carriers
- Driving fork truck and maintaining daily log
Minimum requirements:
- 6 months shipping experience
- 6 months operational experience driving a fork truck with safe record
- Basic computer literacy
- Good math skills
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with occasional flex hours and/or overtime

Weekend Skilled Production Technicians
How would you like to work three (12) hour shifts and have the rest of the week to your self while receiving pay for a full (40) hours and full benefits? If this sounds appealing, then Tech has the positions for you.
Material Handlers, Mold Set Up Technicians & Processors
Chosen candidates will be scheduled for both a Saturday and a Sunday (12) hour shift, 7:00AM-7:00PM or 7:00PM-7:00AM) and one other (12) hour shift else where in the week, likely a Friday or a Monday.
Successful candidates will have a background in plastics or the tool & die industry and preferably experience in the area in which applying. A valid drivers license is necessary for most positions and successful candidates must pass a background check, physical and drug screen.

Material Handler
Full-time material handlers needed for off shifts. Skills needed include: good math skills, mechanical, good attendance, good housekeeping, ability to follow detailed directions, mix materials, documentation coordination and the ability to visually inspect and package plastics products. Person must be able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently. Individual will be required to drive a forklift.

Quality Assurance In-Process Inspector
Inspects precision molded plastic products to verify product quality to customer requirements. Attention to detail and a keen eye for finding potential defects is required. Will work closely with production technicians to ensure that the manufacturing process matches the best conditions possible for producing high quality molded plastics. Blue print reading, working knowledge of SPC/Statistics, and problem solving techniques is a plus. Proficiency in inspection techniques including computer software, CMM, RAM Optical, calipers, gages, and fixturing product will improve your opportunities. Mold Set Up Technician
Part-time to full-time, positions needed setting up molds for production, along with some material handling. Necessary skills include: self motivation, mechanically inclined, ability to perform in a physically challenging position, attention to detail, computer, good house keeping, good math and documentation and the ability to follow detailed instructions. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the injection molding industry and be able to work weekends and have the flexibility to work other shifts if needed. Familiarity with Nissei and/or Arburg presses is a plus.
