Code of Ethics

Tech will conduct its business fairly, impartially, and in accordance with sound ethical principles and in full compliance with all laws and regulations.  In the course of conducting business, integrity must underlie all relationships, including those with customers, suppliers, community representatives and between employees.  The highest standards of ethical business conduct are required of all Tech employees in the performance of their professional responsibilities.  These standards include, but are not limited to, honesty, mutual respect, the judicious use of company resources and a genuine support of the company’s goals and objectives.

Furthermore, Tech employees must not engage in conduct or activity that may raise questions as to the company’s honesty, integrity or fairness, or that may otherwise place the company in a negative perception.
