Tech Tool and Mold, Inc. doubles its investment in high-speed milling. Tech has again reduced the time needed to build a complex injection mold tool with even greater accuracy through the acquisition of a second Makino SNC64SG High-Speed Milling Center.

Tech's use of palletization for quick-change capability and integrated CAD to CAM concurrent manufacturing is truly unique. The tooling division is projected to gain a up to a 100% increase in efficiency through hard milling and greater than a 20% reduction in through-put time with the combination of complex cutting capabilities and advanced robotic EDM technology. With 24 hour, light's-out capability, Tech is able to offer significant speed-to-market advancement and lower its total cost for highly precision tooling and molded products.
