Scott’s parents, William and Eva, founded Tech in 1973. Scott began his training and working experience at Tech in 1979 before he had graduated from high school. A strong interest in the family business led him to complete his Tooling Apprenticeship and earn the position of Tooling Room Manager. In 1991, Scott assumed the role of President succeeding his father and applying the craftsmanship skills needed to grow the company to a higher level of service, technical capabilities, greater capacity and profitability.
Scott is active in many industry and community organizations. Scott serves as President of the local chapter of the National Tooling and Machining Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Manufacturer’s Association of Northwest PA.
Scott, his wife Suzanne, and their two sons reside in the Meadville area and enjoy farming, hunting, motorcycling, and camping. |
